In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a registered nurse, providing quality care to patients, while assisting with ADL’s and IADL’s within patient’s home in compliance with federal, state, local government regulations and company clinical policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Assist patients with ADL/IADL activities which may include personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Ensures quality and safe delivery of home care services to patients/clients and families/caregivers.
• Implements plan of care formulated by Registered Nurse
• Uses client DME (durable medical equipment) and PPE (personal protective equipment) eMectively and eMectively.
• Observe, document and report activity based upon the services provided throughout the shift. Documentation may include electronic medical reporting, paper documentation, or both.
• Reporting of any emergent situations to appropriate authorities and staM in a timely manner.
